The North Node is the symbol of the future,. It represents a new experience as yet untried. For the individual, this is the new cycle to which he is looking forward. Carrying with it all the apprehensions of the unknown and as yet untried experiences this nodal position nevertheless has a curious magnetic allure, pulling the soul towards its future growth.
There is Divine Providence in trying something new, and here the individual receives much help for his effort. At the very deepest levels of his being he feels a sense of direction. His purpose to live spurs him on in spit of all obstacles. In fact, this Nodal Position is like a treasure filled cornucopia reaping one benefit after another as each obstacle is turned into a stepping stone of future growth.
It symbolizes the highest area of expression to b reached in the current life and therefore must be interpreted by the highest qualities of the sign and house in which it is placed. The new experiences seem lonely at first as the individual is unsure of his footing. He soon comes to realise that if his test of courage are to be meaningful, they must be faced alone at the core of his being where each new adventure finds him as the single character of his own unique experience. The newness of it all creates a peculiar fascination in the individual.
Always he sees it in front of him like the proverbial carrot used to make the donkey walk yet every time he thinks he reaches it, it's higher possibilities become visible to him, demanding still more footsteps, more tests, and more of a desire to go forward. But man cannot reach his north node until he learns to shed his past for his past represent the shackles of his karmic prison. The new cycle of the North Node is a new problem heretofore unconfronted. It is mans discontent with the old and decaying ways of his past coupled with his great desire for the discovery and exploration of his higher potential in the future.
With each step closer he starts to feel better about himself. His life takes on new meaning as he experiences possibilities he had never considered. But man does not achieve his North Node until after he rises to the highest karmic levels of his South Node. He must learn to give up gracefully the negative habits and memories which no longer serve a useful purpose in his life. He must be willing to walk where he feels there are no footsteps before him.
The most amazing feature about the North Node is that however much man achieves it, there is always more to go- as it truly represents his everlasting upward spiral towards God.

Courage and Willing to Change
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is that little voice at the end of the day that says: "I'll try again tomorrow."
--Anne Hunninghake
“A key quality that distinguishes a successful athlete, or a top-notch performer in any field, is the way he responds to his bad days. Everyone has good days and bad days, and the good ones are certainly easier to handle. But do we allow the bad ones to throw us off our course? Are we so shaken by our mistakes or troubles that we lose our focus on our goals?
Adult development is a process; it's never an end goal that we reach and hold. Our healing and recovery includes preparing ourselves to respond well to the bad days. We can do that by keeping our eye on the big picture, knowing that however bad things may seem at the moment, they will change. We learn to reach deep into our spiritual center for the courage to stay focused in the midst of our hardest days. We don't have to do it alone. We have the spiritual support of our Higher Power and the companionship of our friends to keep us on the path.
Today I will stay in touch with my spiritual center to find the courage for another day.”
As you can guess, as a Life Coach whose niche is addiction recovery, this writing hit me between the eyes like a 2’x4’. It is not only applicable to today’s journey for me, but to those I coach and those who require coaching.
To respond to those bad days, and keep moving forward, an athlete requires the tools that allow them to take things in stride. High performance people in athletics, and most in life, are coached to learn tools and bring out the best from within.
Courage is needed to change. Courage is needed to put new tools into practice, even after a less than stellar day.
One of the great things about coaching is working with people with courage. They have the potential, and it is a blessing to see them respond to the challenges they face.
It is great to see people realise their potential and win in the game of life!

Power of Intention
"The most powerful tool any of us have is that of our Intention. A characteristic of the energy field of consciousness is it's propensity to vault to higher and higher levels in order to give expression to the highest potentialities. So inherent to the nature of consciousness is the desire to continue evolving upwards. This progression implies that consciousness seeks to return to the awareness of it's unknown source. So how does that evolution happen...
From studying the work of spiritual teachers, it seems that our intention plays the greatest role in our spiritual evolution. When we make the decision to do something based on our own selfish benefit, the results reflect that selfish intention. If the exact same action is taken for the benefit of all mankind the results will be that much greater. This is it this Intention that creates the 'magic' of the great works of art.
I've been fortunate to see Michelangelo's sculpture, David. Anyone that is then in the presence of such magnificent art will immediately notice there's an innate quality to that art that transfixes the mind. It is amazing to be in a museum with a group of strangers, everyone staring at the sculpture, speechless. David is the manifestion of Michelangelo's intention to create art for everyone that drew fourth such joy.
Intention sets the context of what is found, when this intention is applied to our spiritual work, it sets the stage is for rapid spiritual progression. This intention sets an attitude of willingness which opens up the mind to a new possibility of perceiving the world. They're two critical points on the path the spiritual advancement, both set by our intention. The first critical point arises from the intention to except full responsibility for one's own actions feelings and beliefs. This must happen because as long as cause and responsibility are projected at outside of one's self one will remain in the illusion of the of perpetrator victim model set forth by Carl Marx. With accepting responsibility for our lives comes great power and the ability to shape our lives.
The second critical point is reached when the attitude of a none judgemental forgiveness and acceptance of love as a way of perceiving the world begins to become habitual. This spiritual progression allows us to exercise unconditional kindness to all people, things, and events, without exception. In 12 step groups, it's accepted that there are never justified resentments and even if someone 'did you wrong', you are still free to choose your response and not be controlled by your anger.
So where does one get power to make these jumps to these different levels?
Power comes from the willingness of the individual to ask for help from a power greater than it self. All that is required is asking for God's help."

This Mystical Life Of Ours
Mysticism As A Key To Scientific Breakthroughs
Mystics are visionaries. That's what gives them the edge in
scientific research.
Newton, Faraday and Einstein were all examples of mystics.
Most of their research occurred, not in a laboratory, but
within their visionary consciousness.
Mysticism is a learned skill, just like learning to ride a
bicycle, and it is an exact science. You can develop this
incredibly useful skill and gain that visionary edge, not
just in scientific research, but in any endeavor that you
plan to undertake.

Mysticism and Love
"...Your job on the planet is not to see how long you can stay in relationship, its to decide and experience Who You Really Are. The idea here is to be conscious about why we are entering into relationships. If we are choosing relationships because we are unconsciously lonely, bored, depressed, or unfulfilled it is doubtful the relationship will ultimately fulfill those needs. If however we are consciously entering relationship and choosing it as an opportunity for growth, for full Self expression, for lifting your lives to their highest potential, for healing every false thought or small idea you ever had about you, and for ultimate reunion with God through the communion of your two souls then we are entering an entirely different domain based on the foundation of consciously choosing our experience. This rewrites our current cultural relationship programming in ways that are liberating, beneficial and supportive to all concerned."

Past Life Regression
Past Life Dreams? Dreams about reincarnation
The Trigger of Mirror-Gazing
Why Did We Choose to Come Here When We Were Already Part of God to Begin With?
BAWA MUHAIYADDEN: That is a good question. The soul is a part of God and the reason you came here is to understand Him and to understand yourself. You came here to know what God is like and what you are like. You must know what God is, what you are, and what creation is.
This world is a school, a university. You came here to this school to study God’s secret and your own secret. God created this place so you could understand Him and know how mighty He is, and so you could understand yourself and all of creation. You came here to take the test and pass it.
Does a mother give birth to a child and then just keep it in the house? If you were kept home all the time, how could you understand the world and its many wonders?
Your mother and father send you to school. Why? Because they want you to study, to learn, and to understand the world, yourself, and all the wonders. They want you to know what truth is. That is why your parents send you to school, and that is why schools were built. Your parents want you to understand things.
God did the same thing. He sent His children to this school so they could understand more about Him. There is the world of the soul, this world, and the world of the heart, which has within it eighteen thousand universes, paradise, God, and yourself. You have to understand all these.
The world is an example. God is the Causal Creator of everything, the inner heart (qalb) is an effect, and you are the basic principle. From the example of the world, you are the basic principle that understands the causes within yourself and the One who is the cause of everything. You need to understand your Father. That is why you came here.
Your Father sent you here to study. Just as your parents send you to school, God sent you to this world to learn about the eighteen thousand universes, this world , the world of the soul, the world of life, the world of wisdom, the world of divine wisdom (gnanam), the peaceful world of paradise, and the world of perfection, purity, and resplendence. He sent you so you could know your Father. This is just a school.

"Brahmacharya or spotless chastity is the best of all penances; a celibate of such spotless chastity is not a human being, but a god indeed... To the celibate who conserves the semen with great efforts, what is there unattainable in this world ? By the power of the composure of the semen, one will become just like Myself."
